# Quickstart

> Get one role in, figure out if it's worth your time, and move it into your pipeline. That's the whole loop.

## The goal for your first session

Simple: get one role into Rolvelio, decide whether it deserves your attention, and set a next action so you don't forget about it. The whole thing takes under five minutes.

## 1. Sign in

Go to [rolvelio.app](https://rolvelio.app) and sign in. If you're on the waitlist, use the access link from your invite email.

## 2. Add your first role

Two ways to do it:

* **Import Inbox**: best if you're pulling in roles from job boards and want to review them before committing
* **Pipeline**: best if you already know you want to track something and just want it on the board immediately

## 3. Check the Fit Score

Once a role has enough job data, Rolvelio can compare it against your resume and return:

* a fit score (0–100)
* a short summary
* your strongest match signals
* likely gaps or risks
* the key skills and keywords from the listing

Use this to decide whether the role actually deserves the energy of a tailored application.

## 4. Keep it and set a status

If it's worth tracking, move it into your pipeline and give it the right status:

| Status | When to use it |
| ---------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Saved** | You want to keep it in mind but haven't applied yet |
| **Applied**      | Application submitted                               |
| **Interviewing** | You're in active interview stages                   |
| **Offer** | An offer is on the table |
| **Rejected** | The process is closed |

## 5. Add a next action before you close the tab

This is the most important habit in Rolvelio. Before you move on:

* add a task for whatever comes next, preparing a resume version, sending a follow-up, booking prep time
* give it a date so it shows up in your Calendar

<Tip>
  Every kept role should have a current status and a next action. That's it. Everything else is optional.
</Tip>
