# Workspace Overview

> What each part of Rolvelio is for and how they connect in a real job-search workflow.

## How Rolvelio is structured

Each workspace in Rolvelio covers one part of the search. They're designed to work together, but you can also just open the one you need.

| Workspace | What it's for |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Dashboard** | Quick overview, what's active, what needs attention, what's moved recently |
| **Pipeline** | Your main board, every kept role with a current status |
| **Import Inbox** | The review queue, where imported roles land before you decide to keep them |
| **Timeline** | The long view, how applications are progressing over time |
| **Calendar** | Task planning, due dates, job-linked tasks, and optional Google Calendar sync |
| **Documents** | File storage, resumes and cover letters, ready when you need them |
| **Contacts** | People, recruiters, hiring managers, referrals, all in one place |
| **Billing** | Subscription management, plan limits, upgrade, and Stripe billing |

## A simple daily rhythm

You don't need a complex routine. This works well:

**When you open Rolvelio:**
Start at the Dashboard. See what's active and what needs a nudge.

**When you're actively applying:**
Work from the Pipeline. Move roles through stages as things change. Use Fit Score before you decide whether to tailor a resume. Open Documents when you need the right file.

**After a call or interview:**
Update the role status, add a follow-up task, and log the contact if you met someone new.

That's it. The workspaces are there when you need them, not something you need to fill in perfectly every time.
