Terms of Service

Rolvelio is a job search management platform for modern job seekers to track applications, manage documents, organise recruiter relationships, and run a more structured search.

Some features depend on third-party integrations, browser extensions, job boards, calendar providers, storage providers, or authentication platforms. We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability.

You may use Rolvelio only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and you use the platform in compliance with applicable law. If you create an account on behalf of an employer, business, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by doing any of the following:

• accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours;
• uploading malicious code, spam, deceptive material, or unlawful content;
• scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the integrity or performance of the service;
• using Rolvelio in a way that violates employment, privacy, intellectual property, or data protection laws;
• misrepresenting your identity or the source of information stored in the platform.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.

You retain ownership of the data, documents, notes, application records, and other content you submit to Rolvelio. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or store content in Rolvelio, including resumes, cover letters, employer information, recruiter details, or other third-party materials.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees shown at the time of purchase and any applicable taxes. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

If payment cannot be completed, we may suspend access to paid features until billing is resolved. We may change pricing, packaging, or plan limits in the future, and if we do, we will provide notice where required.

Rolvelio, including its software, branding, interface design, workflows, and related materials, is owned by Rolvelio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of the platform or any of our intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

You may stop using Rolvelio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create material risk for the platform or other users, or if continued service becomes commercially or legally impracticable.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. We may retain or delete account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. You are responsible for exporting any content you wish to keep before account closure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the product, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page. Your continued use of Rolvelio after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Both parties represent and warrant that they:

• have the right to enter into this Agreement and that doing so won't violate any existing responsibilities;
• will comply with applicable laws when fulfilling their responsibilities under this Agreement.

Rolvelio is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Rolvelio helps you organise and evaluate your search, but we do not guarantee interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, data completeness from third-party sources, or uninterrupted platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolvelio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or relating to your use of the service.

Confidential Information means any information disclosed by one party to the other in connection with this Agreement that is marked confidential or reasonably should be understood to be confidential. Each party agrees to protect the other party's Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and not to disclose it to any third party except as needed to fulfil obligations under this Agreement.

Governing Law. This Agreement and related disputes will be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Rolvelio operates.

No Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without our express prior written consent.

Force Majeure. Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between the parties regarding the subject matter described herein.
