Introducing Fit Score, Know Before You Apply

Most job seekers waste hours applying to roles that aren't a good fit. You read the title, get excited, spend 30 minutes on the application, only to realise the role requires 10 years of experience or a specific certification you don't have. Fit Score fixes this before you invest the time.

Paste a job description and Fit Score analyses it against your profile across three dimensions:

• Skills overlap, which required skills you have vs. which you're missing
• Seniority alignment, whether the role's level matches your experience
• Salary match, how the listed compensation compares to your target range

A score above 75 is a strong signal to apply. Between 50 and 75, it's worth reading the JD carefully and deciding if you can make a case for the gaps. Below 50, save your time. The goal isn't to only apply to perfect roles, it's to make informed decisions, faster.
