Before anything else

Most issues in Rolvelio fall into one of these categories:
  • sign-in or access
  • imported roles not appearing
  • Fit Score not running
  • Google Calendar not connecting
  • document upload failing
  • billing not working
Find your situation below.

The docs page looks broken

If rolvelio.app/docs isn’t loading or looks off:
  1. Refresh the page
  2. Try opening it in a clean tab
  3. Check if a Mintlify deployment is in progress
If it’s still broken after a couple of minutes, email support with the exact URL.

Fit Score isn’t working

The most common causes:
  • you’re not signed in
  • your workspace has hit the monthly analysis limit
  • the job listing doesn’t have enough content to analyse
  • no resume is uploaded or selected in Documents
Try a different role or select a different resume version before assuming something’s broken.

An imported role isn’t showing up

Check these first:
  • did the import complete successfully on the source side?
  • try refreshing the Import Inbox
  • the role may have already been imported previously, search for it
  • confirm you’re signed into the right account

Google Calendar won’t connect

A few things can cause this:
  • Google OAuth hasn’t been configured for your workspace yet
  • your existing Google connection has expired
  • the last sync attempt failed
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account, then trigger a manual sync.

A document won’t upload

Before reaching out, verify:
  • it’s a PDF (other formats aren’t supported)
  • it’s under 5 MB
  • you haven’t already hit the 3-file limit for that library (resumes or cover letters)
If all of that checks out and the upload still fails, rename the file and try again.

Billing isn’t working

If checkout or the Stripe portal isn’t opening:
  1. Refresh the Billing page
  2. Sign out and sign back in
  3. Try the action again
If it’s still failing, email support and mention which plan and billing term you were trying to select.
