What the Dashboard is for

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Rolvelio. Its job is to answer three questions quickly:
  • What’s most important right now?
  • Which roles are moving?
  • What am I about to forget?
It’s not where you do most of the work. It’s where you figure out which workspace to open next.

What you’ll see

Depending on your data, the Dashboard surfaces:
  • a summary of your pipeline by stage
  • recent activity and role movement
  • your current roles at a glance
  • anything that needs attention today

How to use it

Start here, not in the Pipeline. When you open Rolvelio, resist the urge to jump straight to the board. Spend thirty seconds on the Dashboard first. It’s faster to orient from the overview than to dig through every column manually. Use it to decide, then move. Once you know what matters today, whether that’s chasing a follow-up, reviewing new imports, or preparing for an interview, open the workspace that actually lets you do it. If it looks noisy, that’s a signal. A cluttered Dashboard usually means the Pipeline or Import Inbox needs a cleanup. The Dashboard doesn’t create noise, it just reflects what’s there.

A simple habit that works

  1. Open the Dashboard
  2. Pick the one or two roles that need attention today
  3. Jump to the right workspace
  4. Come back when you want the big picture again
That’s it. You don’t need a complex routine.
If the Dashboard feels overwhelming, clean up your Pipeline first. A tighter board makes the overview actually useful.
