What Import Inbox is

Not every role you come across is worth tracking. Import Inbox gives you a place to review new opportunities before they clutter your main pipeline. Think of it as a decision queue. Roles come in, you take a look, and you either keep them or bin them.

What you’ll see for each role

When a role is analysed, Rolvelio surfaces:
  • job title, company, location, and source
  • fit score and summary
  • strengths and risks
  • skills and keywords
  • contract type and compensation (when available)
  • a link back to the original listing

The review flow

1

Open Import Inbox

Start here instead of pushing every new role straight into your pipeline.
2

Check the analysis

Look at the fit score, the summary, and especially the risks. This is the quick filter.
3

Open details if you need more

If you’re on the fence, open the full detail view before deciding.
4

Keep or delete

Keep the roles worth pursuing. Delete the ones that don’t make the cut. Your pipeline stays clean.

What the status means

StatusWhat’s happening
AnalyzingRolvelio is still processing the role
DoneReady to review
ErrorAnalysis didn’t complete, usually means the source data was incomplete

A few things worth knowing

Don’t keep everything. The whole point of Import Inbox is to filter, so use it that way. If you’re not sure about a role, check the original listing before deciding, the external link is right there. Clear low-quality imports quickly. A clean inbox is easy to work from. A crowded one becomes noise.
Import Inbox is not a second pipeline. It’s a gate. Use it to decide what earns a place in your main board.
