The goal for your first session

Simple: get one role into Rolvelio, decide whether it deserves your attention, and set a next action so you don’t forget about it. The whole thing takes under five minutes.

1. Sign in

Go to rolvelio.app and sign in. If you’re on the waitlist, use the access link from your invite email.

2. Add your first role

Two ways to do it:
  • Import Inbox: best if you’re pulling in roles from job boards and want to review them before committing
  • Pipeline: best if you already know you want to track something and just want it on the board immediately

3. Check the Fit Score

Once a role has enough job data, Rolvelio can compare it against your resume and return:
  • a fit score (0–100)
  • a short summary
  • your strongest match signals
  • likely gaps or risks
  • the key skills and keywords from the listing
Use this to decide whether the role actually deserves the energy of a tailored application.

4. Keep it and set a status

If it’s worth tracking, move it into your pipeline and give it the right status:
StatusWhen to use it
SavedYou want to keep it in mind but haven’t applied yet
AppliedApplication submitted
InterviewingYou’re in active interview stages
OfferAn offer is on the table
RejectedThe process is closed

5. Add a next action before you close the tab

This is the most important habit in Rolvelio. Before you move on:
  • add a task for whatever comes next, preparing a resume version, sending a follow-up, booking prep time
  • give it a date so it shows up in your Calendar
Every kept role should have a current status and a next action. That’s it. Everything else is optional.
